Quadrophenia Case Study

In Summer 2018, we were approached by the Goldhawks regarding their social media. Their main issue was that they weren’t getting enough ticket sales, but also didn’t have the time to update their social media accounts themselves. Upon speaking to the lead singer (Doug) we discussed goals and strategies for what they wanted to achieve.

Main Tasks
Facebook and Instagram full management
Social ads with full asset design and daily management

In the time that we have worked with Doug and the band, we have been able to help them grow. Their Facebook page has blossomed and we have been able to gain a strong following on their Instagram page too!

During our time working with Doug we would like to think that we have formed a friendship! We went to meet the band when their tour brought them nearby, it was lovely to put a face to everyone! The band were amazing, as were the lovely people behind it. We love to build a bond with our clients and that’s exactly what we have done with the Goldhawks! We can’t wait to see what 2019 will bring for them!

This is what Doug had to say about our work

“We needed a professional team to promote our tour on social media but there are many to choose from nowadays it was hard to know where to start. I googled, and then it became clear – choose the most appealing on a human level! No statistics, sales figures, targets, APIs algorithms etc – just likeable, trustworthy human beings who were confident they know their job. Carrie-Ann Sudlow stuck out by a mile and we’ve never looked back. We can rely on things to get done without ever having to chase up and are not hassled with jargon. Our ticket sales have soared whilst we get on with the job we want to do.”
