Easy Junk PPC Case Study

Background: 

Easy Junk are a trusted waste collection company based in Walsall, West Midlands. The company offers a professional, efficient rubbish removal service at affordable prices with great customer service.  

The Challenge:  

We first began working with Easy Junk in May 2024. We focused on building a strong Google Ads Search campaign with the goal of increasing the amount quality conversions, whilst lowering the cost per conversation. 

Implementation: 

In the first three months, we focused on eliminating any ad spend wasted on keywords and search terms that were not resulting in quality leads. We needed to ensure the campaign was efficient, reaching people who were looking for their service.   

We worked closely with our client to facilitate this, taking learnings from the quality of enquiries that were coming in, informing any adjustments to the audience we were targeting. 

After three months, the cost per conversion had reduced by a fantastic 80%, from £51 down to £10 per enquiry.  

In the months since, our focus shifted to ensuring the drop in cost per conversion remained consistent month on month, whilst working on increasing the number of quality conversions.  

Results:  

The campaign’s growth has been a great success. In May 2025, Easy Junk saw a 200% increase in conversions compared to May 2024, with a total of 124 conversions, compared to 41 conversions in May 2024. The cost per conversion has also dropped by 88% in comparison to May 2024, now averaging at £6 per conversion, which is excellent to see.   

We continue to work with the team at Easy Junk to optimise their Google Ad Search campaign to be more efficient, reducing cost per conversion whilst increasing the amount of quality conversions.
